Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms apply to every purchase from Unidbox Hardware Pte Ltd (UEN 201507560E), 80 Playfair Road #04-12, Kapo Factory Building, Singapore 367998 ("Unidbox", "we", "us"), whether made on unidbox.com or in one of our branches.
1. Your order
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or priced in error, we may decline the order and will refund anything already paid.
2. Prices and GST
Prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST at 9% unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order we have already confirmed.
3. Payment
Orders on unidbox.com are paid in full at checkout. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free for orders above S$100. Below that, the delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your address and the delivery method chosen. We deliver within Singapore only.
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, but will tell you promptly if your order is delayed.

5. Self-collection
You may choose to collect your order from one of our branches. We will tell you when it is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ident
6. Installation services
Where installation is offered for a product, it is charged sep own line on your order. You choose an appointment slot at checkout; we will contact you to confirm it.
You are responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible and safe, and that any necessary permission from a landlord, management corporation Where the site is unsuitable and installation cannot proceed, a further visit may be chargeable.
7. Exchanges
Unwanted goods may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery or are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Special orders, cut-to-length goods and installed items cannot exchange.
8. Faulty goods
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, tell us as soon as you can and we will repair, replace or refund them. Manufacturer apply, are in addition to this.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Sin Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act.
9. Cancelling an order
You may cancel before your order is dispatched or an installatd. Once dispatched, the exchange terms in clause 7 apply instead.
10. UnidPlus Rewards
Points shown at checkout are an estimate. They are credited on and paid, and are subject to the UnidPlus programme terms. Points have no cash value and may be withdrawn or adjusted where an order is cancelled or refunded.
11. Our liability
